I'm sure by now many know this young lady's videos and how great this newcomer is. I just wanted to give her some praise on her customer service as well. I have ordered 3 customs from her so far and cannot come close to complaining. The first two were amazing and the best and fastest customs I have ever received. The third was good too, however it wasn't to the exact detail that I had requested. I didn't not complain or even let her know, I was content and was letting it go, it was close enough. This is where her ideal customer service came in. 2 days later she contacted me letting me know she reread my request and saw it wasn't exact. She offered to redo the video without me even saying a word. I think that is amazing. I highly recommend ordering her videos and customs from her, her videos are awesome and her honesty and service is the best.
I couldn't agree more. The first time I ordered from her she wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and shot the scene in three different ways. She really is a brilliant person to work with as well as being absolutely stunning.
This is what has sold me on Reshiel and her cousin Judy! The first time I ordered she told me that she had white jeans but I would not probably like them so she went and bought another pair - never asked for reimbursement! Then she missed a deadline by a day (I slipped her an extra $5 because I was going out of town), apologized and shot the scene twice and sent me both!
When she did Laiza's pie video she asked if it was okay if everyone in the scene wore white pants instead of just Laiza - again going beyond initial expectations and resulting in all 3 girls getting pied!
And now her cousin Judy just let me know that she found a pair of "tighter" white jeans and just had to buy them because.. you never know what you may need them for!
My point is, whatever you want them to do, they are more than willing to bend over backwards to do it for you!

But seriously, both Reshiel and Judy are very lovely and look fantastic all pied! Two GREAT ladies!
