Hi. Does anyone have a cut an paste release forms I can get my models to sign?

If you search on Google there are a whole host of copy and paste versions and you can choose one that appeals to you personally

There are links to standard ones on the "Add Scene" page (on your Profile menu) right here on UMD. There's both a Model Release and a Production Contract.

Check in the Customs group. I know there are discussions in there about release forms.
