I've been wondering if there are refunds for stores. Recently I've accidentally bought a scene from Piezone which I didn't intend to buy. I must've fat fingered and clicked on the wrong scene but just wondering if there are any refunds. Sorry if I cause any inconvenience
There are refunds. I asked for one recently for a rather stupid reason and I think it depends- I think when you get the message thanking you for purchasing a scene you can message back asking for it but I'm not 100% sure so don't quote me on that.
As someone who runs several stores (not pie) if a customer reached out to me saying they bought the wrong clip by mistake, instead of offering a refund I'd likely just send them the clip they wanted directly. Depends on how they communicated with me.

Seriously. OP's post is weird: it's not like all these WAM clips are sold from some single megastore like Target, with a unified refund policy.
OP, just message PieZone and ask, and the two of you can hash it out. No need to loop the entire forum into your conversation.
