Hi everyone, I had some storage issues and lost a big chunk of my purchases on here does anyone know a way to easily do it or is it something that I will need to contact MM about?
If you contact the store owners, they may extend your original purchase (so valid another 5 days), though note this is discressionary. Obvs if the store has ceased trading there's no way to recover the content, sadly.
General advice: Anyone who has more than a handful of purchased files really should sign up to Backblaze.com or equivalent. For $7 a month they back up your entire PC. Never lose a download again.

Thanks for your reply will see if I can get some downloads back that way. But the purchases are years old now so not sure if it will work. Yeah I am planning on getting a NAS for backup and other content. But that service does sound very good for other people.

A NAS can die - even if the disks don't, the controller card can go. Or someone can break in and steal it. Or the house can burn down. Not having online backup as well is taking a huge risk esp if you have a large collection. Backblaze has saved my bacon several times now.
