I want to remind you all that this season is about the lord and how he sacrificed his life for you all. God bless No matter how much of a mess you are involved in never turn your back on the lord

That is a common fiction from an Anglo-Saxon, White, or European perspective. There are several literatures documenting the life of an Arab-African man named Jesus in the Middle East that documents this unlike the accounts of Pagan peoples since theirs is commonly spoken only by mouth, African traditions were usually documented and well written
No misconception here. There are a lot of issues with the whole Jesus myth. Jesus is not the reason for the season. There are several religions that have celebrations around this time of year. None of which have to do with a Jesus character.

I thought it was about Santa and all the hard work he puts into getting around the globe to visit and deliver gifts to each and every child on the nice list. No? Well, either way, Jesus or Jolly fat man with flying reindeer...it's a fairy tale.

I don't think I'll fact-check that. It sounds like something that some people would do.
But how times have changed!
In recent years the language has become much more inclusive. "Merry Christmas" is now often thrown overboard by "Happy Holidays!" and "Season's Greetings!"
People who aren't Christians have wallets and charge cards too, and retail stores know that.
Today's the day! Merry Happy Seasonal Greeting Joyful Christmas!

Are you lost? You are on a wet and messy fetish site. All I see is you rambling about your god and criticizing content creators on here and calling their videos disgusting. See yourself out.

I appreciate your feedback, however I am simply speaking my peace and here to offer my personal Afro American perspective and enjoy this lifestyle just as much as you can my friend.
Merry Christmas, from the Israel household
Edit: Thank you admin for removing the family photo, I did not consider that it had my children and therefore wasn't approved. Apologies and have instead replaced it with a head shot. Thank you messmaster/admin for helping keep the peace

It would be wrong to say it's nothing to do with Jesus of the Christian trimity, the name Christmas, and many of the cultural traditions surrounding the festival, are rooted in European Christianity. But the actual date is clearly Pagan in origin, and built on the Midwinter celebrations which most peoples world-wide have marked or celebrated to some extent for many thousands of years, long before the Abrahamic religions came into being.
In reality of course the main deity worshiped at Christmas nowadays is the Great God of Gifts, Santa Claus, with his pantheon of elven helpers and magic flying reindeer. Santa himself is a reworking of Odin the Allfather of the Norse tradition, the original bringer of Midwinter gifts.
What modern Christmas most closely resembles is actually the Roman festival of Saturnallia, two weeks of feasting and partying based around the Midwinter solstice. The dates have misaligned very slightly over the centuries, true Midwinter happens between the 20th and 22nd of December each year, but Christmas is clearly a solstice festival at heart.
So if you are a Christian, by all means remember and celebrate the Jesus story. But if you're of other faiths, or none, Christmas can still be fully celebrated, for gifts, for commerce, for helping those in need, for feasting, for coming together, for wealth, and for the returning of the light after the longest night and darkest day.
