This little Russian video has a pretty gal doing a plug/promo for some website or other (as best as I can determine from a rough Google translation) and gets a small cake or piece thereof hurled in her face in an alleged "run-by" assault. As a cynic, I normally figure these things are usually staged, but I'm leaning towards believing this was an actual unplanned assault by the cake thrower (who can briefly be seen running away as the video cuts). If you look at the last 2-3 frames before the cake hits, it looks like genuine surprise/confusion/fear in her eyes as she peripherally senses the rapid approach of he cake thrower. Her little wail also sounds pretty convincing to me.
