There's a 2003 made for TV biopic of Lucille Ball starring Rachel York http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0361856/ that has a quick sequence of her getting hit in the face with mud in one scene, then with a pie in the next three scenes. The whole movie is on the Tube but in poor quality. I tried capturing it when it played here on the "Pop" network but they cut the last pie! Thankfully, Rogerio posted part of the scene here https://umd.net/forums/any-new-pies-videos (3rd video) but it lacks the mud part and the sound is poor. So I stitched together all three versions to form a complete clip along with a four panel montage at the end! Phew!
Perfect quality from WAMTEC back in the day... Also Hurley back in the day. Hell *I* used to have it on video in better quality than this.
YouTube is responsible for a lot of great finds but it's funny how sometimes people "accept" a poor quality version when there's much better copies floating around out there... Just not for free.
Also Rodrigo didn't rip it himself. He just found the clip floating around on YT and reuploaded it with his usual "filing system."

When somebody posts a Youtube clip of mainstream wam, my reaction is "Great! Is there a Blu-ray?" Most people's reaction is "Great!"
Streaming has made life absolutely miserable for the videophile ... and the wam producer, I guess?
I understand, Rogerio. But some of us have been looking for these classic scenes for years. It is frustrating to get only part of a scene. For example, I would very much like to get this full scene https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgYASt09V3o She gets covered head-to-toe and her personality is great! Maybe in the future you could upload two videos "Girl take pie in the face" and "Girl take pie in the face - Full scene".
