Actually it was Lady Jaye and Cobra Commander in a butterscotch lake. Baroness and Flint wrestled on the shore before pulling them out.

Wow, I never saw that episode as a kid, but they literally had the Baroness in a Bikini for the whole entire episode. That's kinda crazy for a kids show in my opinion. Heck, Lady Jaye was captured after disrobing in a changing room, but still managed to put get her clothes back on.
Side note: once again I realize how my memory of G.I. Joe, M.A.S.K., Transformers, ThunderCats, Masters of the Universe, etc were clouded by a haze of imagination and nostalgia. Re-watching as an Adult, the shows are just bad. - Premises and Lore are still ripe for an MCU style Adaptation though.
Yeah they had some Kooky schemes (Cold Slither anyone) but this was the first time you ended up with a true third part antagonist. It was like they said you know what let my third grade son plot this out after he played Candyland lol

Yeah not sure how that was allowed...reminds be of Assistant Editors Month...and yeah all 80s shows were cheesy to the max. Not until really BTAS did we get serious type cartoons that were of good quality
