I really wanted to purchase some videos from this site (love all of the stuff on here I've seen, btw :loveeyes, but I haven't done it before. Therefore I'm rather unfamiliar with how exactly everything works. That's why I wanted to ask you fine people who are more familiar with how this operates some questions:

1. I want to pay via PayPal, but when I go to check out I find Epoch telling me about subscriptions and fees. If I do pay this way, will Epoch charge me a subscribers fee even if I don't have an account with them? I saw old threads from several years ago mentioning that you no longer need to register to Epoch to purchase from download stores, but I just wanted to make sure that this was still the case.

2. A rather stupid question here, in all honesty, but does the UMD or any of the stores send out anything in the mail (e.g. purchase statements). I know purchases appear on bank statements, and I'm not too sure about Epoch (although considering if I don't need an account with them to make purchases then they won't send anything out, so that wouldn't be a problem).

Anyway, sorry for all that. I was just curious as to how the whole process works, and I really want to be able to download various videos from here and support you guys, as well as get the best wam content out there. Thanks

Hi! I can't speak for every store, but I've bought plenty of stuff from various stores here and the only notification I've gotten is the order-confirmation in my e-mail. Other than that there's nothing.

Thanks what about subscribers fees though. Do you have to register to Epoch to make downloads, or do you even have to pay an annual fee to download via that method even if I'm using PayPal and I'm not registered to them?

You don't need a paid subscription to UMD just to purchase downloads, and you don't need a subscription or account with epoch, you just fill out payment details at checkout.

Purchasing downloads from the download store here is a one-time fee which grants you access to a download link that works for a few days to give you a chance to download the video. No recurring fees or trial memberships to opt out of or anything.

You get emails from UMD for order confirmations and private messages, that's it. I've never had trouble with being spammed or any unsolicited emails from UMD.

Can't say much about PayPal, I don't use it but I think epoch accepts it now. IMHO paying by visa is the way to go. Why bring a second payment processor into the mix? Epoch is trustworthy and they offer a good service, they are essentially a competitor to PayPal. Regardless though, if epoch accepts paypal then you can pay that way.

I've bought tons of stuff here. It's legit and it works, nothing shady going on here, its just like buying anything else online.

(P.S. I actually use a Visa card, but I just seek to pay it through PayPal. I just choose to use it if I want to download things and not use Epoch directly. Here's just hoping that everything goes fine with my payment method).

No worries! No reason to be nervous. I was skeptical at first too, but now I'm an avid customer because of the safe and subtle payments.
