It looks promising and I bought it. But how do I download it? The "download now" link is to streaming. I don't want to watch it now, I want to save it for later. And once away from the "purchased" page, I can't find a link to ask for help (or I wouldn't be asking in public).

Had the same problem on Firefox, so I use Google Chrome to download all Pie zone videos. Works perfectly.
