To me getting messy is only humiliating if there is a context that makes it humiliating. Luckily it's pretty easy to create that context even if its as simple as "OMG you got hard because I hit you with a pie, haha, you're a pervert". But if I want to feel some nice warm cake batter on my naked body then I can just get messy by myself and enjoy it with no sense of being humiliated.

Getting messy is humiliating with a partner. For me that is part of the turn on. While I enjoy staying clean and playing the dom normally sometimes I do enjoy changing it up.

Here's the thing. I am not asking "Hey everybody! Do you like getting messy?" That's been done to death. I AM asking, "Hey people who find WAM humiliating, do SPECIFICALLY YOU like getting messy?"

So the title of the thread is appropriate.

I think the confusion for some of us is what it means to be a "humiliation fan"; i.e., do you enjoy seeing somebody else get humiliated, or do you enjoy getting humiliated yourself. Some people satisfy both definitions, some only one, and that changes the perspective of the question.

I've never had any wish to get messy myself. It's just not an aspect of the scene I have any inclination towards.

To me it's always been about that particular facial expression. To this day, I still favour pictures over videos, because a good picture is always a good picture, a video can look promising, but one wrong expression, word, misplaced laughter or what have you can take me right out of the moment.

I think a lot of it stems back to my younger days. I first awoke to the idea of WAM being sexy through Sally James (Tiswas), Benny Hill or similar. But this was in the days before VCR's, or at least before WE had one

So an image with a WAM context, was gold dust, it really was. As time went on, and I was old enough to browse the 'top shelf', I discovered magazines such as Razzle, Escort, Fiesta and ultimately Splosh!

But again, it was all images. And the chance of finding an image with an appropriate facial expression was often rare - most of the aforementioned mags treat the subject humorously, rather than with any implied 'punishment' context. It was mostly 'jolly good fun'.

So yeah, sorry to ramble on and go a bit off topic, but for me, WAM is purely a visual thing
