On page 40 of the Sun today there is a short news piece about police in Milwaukee who are looking for a man who has been approaching women and offering them money to pour maple syrup over his head.
Is the culprit amongst us?
Also, is it really an offence to offer women money to do this? I know the average women would find it very strange and it would be an offence if they pester or threaten the women. However, what if you just ask the lady and walk away without a fuss if they say no. Surely that's not a police matter.
Although it would come across to the average woman as a bit odd as you say I can't really see any offence being committed there. Far far worse things happen that I think the police should be worrying about before this!

Agreed, as strange as it may be to normal people I don't see why this warrants police attention.
