Yes I got you they are selling something, but plasma incineration is the answer to breaking down really toxic things. The technology has been around a long time. It hasn't been implemented yet. There is a lot of good technology around it just bureaucracy> How it will be implemented with dirty big business is the problem. I don't know what you think, but nuclear is not clean from mining to waste. There is a whole lot of tech locked up because it would destroy the economy as we know it as it is based on energy. It would be in the best interest of humanity.
The current model of Global Warming is all wrong. 80% of the Green House effect is by water vapour. In the past 20 years the sun has become brighter and all the other planets in the solar system have warmed up too. Are there SUV driving around Venus ? This is part of a bigger cycle. Throwing carbon TAX around in not going to fix things and only make certain people rich. There are more underwater volcanoes in the ocean now changing currents and climate.
