I've seen it, but I didn't particularly care for it.
He's a redcoat who has the hots for the female lead, who, in turn, has no interest in him. This drives him to drinking, and ends up wasted. I think he starts bothering people who start shoving him off, and eventually falls into the mud.
It's a night scene, so it's rather dark, and he's in his royal wig, in case that matters to you. I don't know the actor's name, but he's the redcoat who gets the most camera time.
