Does anyone else remember the old Classic Pie In The Face Forum? They insisted that their groups take on pie fights was strictly non-sexual, but it still had some neat ideas and posts. It looks like they went the way of the dodo a long time ago.

They had a nice collection of skits/script ideas for pie scenes; did anybody save a copy of that thread or know of a way to access the old forum?

If it's the forum I'm thinking of, I believe that's how I first found Rich's stuff.

I do recall some minor arguing about Rich's stuff being more Pg-13 and the other dude wanting everything to be 'family friendly' or something. This was back in like, 2004 if memory serves.

Yeah, good/bad times. I was quite happy to post there as it was a lot less sexually-oriented than the UMD of the early 2000s. (Which is like PG compared to the XXX it is now!) But a couple guys made it their mission to harass me there, and it wasn't worth the hassle to stay.

So, ironically, my early stuff which is INCREDIBLY G-rated was still too "risque" for the Classic Pie Forum. And my current stuff now is probably too chaste for the UMD.

FYI the guy was Shane Jensen, odd dude but he never personally gave me grief. He did a terrible job moderating though, which is why I left. Later, he apparently became a big YouTube sensation AND got his fair share of trolls, to the point that he basically shut everything down. There used to be a LOT of his videos on YT (and a fair amount of trolls ripping him too) and now all that is gone, save a few "I miss Shane"-type comments....

God, that really does take me back. It was incredibly difficult to find an "outlet" for this particular thing - and it led me eventually to Slapstickstuff, Angelfan, etc etc.

Kudos to OP for asking the questions. To be perfectly honest, it's been on my mind, too.
