Today was pi day so of course it was a great excuse to get pied over and over. I figured I will follow up on my pie adventure and update on my previous forum post. My last post was one looking for suggestions on types of pies. I wanted to have a big selection to celebrate pi day with. My budget was able get me 18 pies this time. That is definitely more than I've ever used at one time. Here is a list of pies I used.

Most pies were topped with whipped cream so it was a surprise. Some were left alone so I could see the pretty colors. But it turns out after having that many pies thrown in my face I couldn't see regardless. So I got to have a fun time tasting and guessing which ones were on me every time. It was great fun using fruit fillings and fluff in pies for the first time.
I couldn't have asked for a better time. Other than maybe another 20 pies to be thrown at me. I don't think I will ever get enough of those though.

Ps. I had left over pudding but no pie shells to use so it got poured on me at the end. It was the most cold I've ever been getting messy. Too cold... Much too cold.
Pudding has a special place in my heart. It was the only time my wife at the time let me go all out. I sure as hell wasn't going to have her get cold. I had two really large cans, so, I got some pitchers and half filled each of those with the pudding, then I filled all four containers with some hot water and mixed it in. It didn't dilute it that bad, still had nice consistency.
She still hated it, but she loved that I warmed it up and was happy she wasn't cold at least!
That is bloody amazing, well done, it's very hard to perform that sort of wam and look convincing, you've nailed it P. S. If it's too cold for you, you just know there is probably someone out there that likes to see a woman pied whilst wearing antarctic explorer gear
