So as you all know I love designing new pies and recipes that can be make in the UK.
So here is the idea, you tell me your ideal pie, consistency, colour do you want fillings, will it be grown or smeared. You give me the description I will work out a recipe.
Who knows I might even deliver some ready made ones
Did anybody say Just Pie
This will work better in the UK as sadly never had the chance to play with US ingredients.
Just Pie. Now that's an app I would download and pay a delivery fee for. So I have 2.
The first is a classic custard pie but with chocolate mixed in to give the maximum sloppy coverage underneath but with some thick clingy cream on top that doesn't go flat like whipped cream does.
The other is a gunge filled pie. Doesn't need to be edible but multiple colours again and again to drip down onto clothes making a mess of both a face and someone's lap

Thanks for the reply
Going to pick this one

Ok so first the custard base
You will need a 500g carton of All pro vanilla custard to that you add 500g of icing sugar and a spoon of emulsifier. Then use an electric whisk until it thickens up and expands to about 2 or 3 litres.
For the topping
It's 500ml of lemonade 500g of icing sugar and a spoon of emulsifier. Again an electric whisk until it's about 3 litres of think cream.
Finishing touches
Crush some digestive biscuits and put in the bottoms of foil pie tins (optional but helps the pie mix come out better) you should get 2 or 3 pies from the above add the custard then the white cream and top with chocolate syrup criss cross pattern

Hmm can you come up with something engulfing in thick layers, not too runny because I'm hoping for smearing and full coverage. And one additional thing is that I would also like to use it on my girlfriend and she hates if the substances are too cold.
So if you would craft something up I would be grateful

Yes no problem
Ok so again an emulsifier base, let's keep it fairly simple
Bottom to top
Layer 1 200ml soda (I use lemonade must be full sugar) Then add a good amount of birds custard powder and 500g of icing sugar add a spoon of emulsifier whisk with an electric whisk until a thick cream.
Layer 2 250ml soda (I use lemonade must be full sugar) Then add a good amount of nesquick choc milk shake powder and 500g of icing sugar add a spoon of emulsifier whisk with an electric whisk until a thick cream.
Layer 3 300ml soda (I use lemonade must be full sugar) Then add a good amount of nesquick strawberry milkshake powder and 500g of icing sugar add a spoon of emulsifier whisk with an electric whisk until a thick cream.
Layer in a nice large foil pie tin you should be able to pile this nice and high. Optional add crushed digestive in the bottom of the tin for an easy release
The ingredients need to be mixed cold but don't really melt quickly so you can leave it a while to warm up
Extra challenge collect the mess from the floor in a bucket add a litre of the soda (can be warm) mix for a post pie sliming

Thanks, and again the emulsifier should be Sosa paste emulsifier?
