I know lockdown has prevented people meeting for splosh shoots so that is a factor. I'm sure Richard is still posting. Kacie tweeted last year about having given up because of hair and skin problems caused by messy work.
I think the OP answered his own question. My wife because of her medical condition has been somewhat under house arrest since last March. The number of days she has left the house since then can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Everyone's situation is different, but it has been a bummer in getting around to meet friends etc. We can only look forward to better times in the future.
On a happier note. I noticed the Isla made an appearance in the gungetank recently, so it is not all bad.

I'm very much still around - if somewhat deflated. In March 2020 I'd just shot a custom with Isla (Women Against Slapstick) and was finally all ready to diversify my portfolio with new shoots with a variety of different models and long term talked about collaborations - and then the restrictions hit. Where I live now is somewhat out on a limb and there's absolutely no chance of persuading models to travel to me to work - and I can't legitimately take my show to them either. I don't currently have a GF to trash either (lol) and my most recent partner (whom I split with last year) wasn't into it anyway! I think those WAM couples still out there are the only ones who can continue unabated.
I messaged Isla a few weeks ago and I can confirm she is alive and well and keen to shoot again in the future. Again, the restrictions make this very difficult. I dare say Jeremy's media was likely shot prior to the present lockdown. Isla also has an active ongoing Twitter presence and posts daily.
You might very rarely and infrequently catch a glimpse of the former Mrs Trouso - 'GD' and her present partner Drax in one of their escapades if I have been called in to film it (Oktoberfest - see my gallery) They haven't entirely withdrawn but made the decision to drastically reduce their exposure.
