I thought I knew all of Pattycake's messy sets and videos, but I've never come across this image before today - has anyone else ever seen the rest of the set?
Yeah, I have. It's pretty nice - if I recall right it was only ever a photo set. I also seem to recall a couple of people (on here?) were a little "eww" about it because of the baby outfit, like that's any different to fetishes they probably have, but it worked for me.
(I live in hope someone will explain the massive appeal of the "cigarette in long holder" WAM thing to me because, like, what?!)
That one was posted back in 2005, but it is no longer available. Patty did a few photo sets with a diaper, but eventually her billing company decided that she can't do that and made her remove them.
