Wow! That was fast! Well, GLAM Wrestling's UMD store is officially open, and our first video up is for sale!!
GLAM Wrestling Episode 1 is our first video. Aside from some sound editing mistakes on the part of yours truly, we think it came out pretty well. Also, the ladies were so eager to get started, that they sort of jumped the gun in the beginning... even the ref forgot... and the assistant camera operator... and me... but we get things settled down and back on track quickly (thanks to some movie magic). In any case, if you like your mud wrestling 80's style, gooey, goofy, and glamorous... well check out our video and let us know what you think. Thanks Cuthbert Pickles Fitzbibble
Looks freaking great! May I make a suggestion? Not necessarily every video, but maybe once in a while have an even messier forfeit for the loser, like perhaps the winner gets to smash a pie in her face or dump a bucket of pudding or something over her head.
Estragon, I love it... muhuhuhuhuhahahahahahahaha. I'll talk to the ladies and see what they say, but I'm pretty sure they would enjoy humiliating/punishing the loser.
My only complaint is the match itself was waaaaay to short IMO. Other than that everything else was PERFECT Also may i add the throwback 80s theme ( reminiscent of GLOW ) was a fantastic idea and also (IMO) mud clay is by far the best mud wrestling mud.
Hi Jaybee, Thank you for the awesome feedback. I agree, I would have liked to produce a longer bit of wrestling (oh say 10min instead of 6.5), but due too a lack of directing skill on my part, and my meager editing abilities, I had to trim some portions of the match (like the pre-first round shenanigans) due to sound problems, miss ques, etc. I'll endeavor to improve in the future. Question, what length (at least as far as the wrestling is concerned) seems good. I'd like to find that sweet spot where folks stay entertained, but don't feel it is too short. Or, conversely, don't get bored. 10min? 15min? Let me know, and we'll try and work on getting it just right next time. Thanks for the great review, Cuthbert @ GLAM
A 15 min match would be freaking awesome! 10 min however is probably more doable. Also (since you asked lol) more action during the rounds would be nice. How it seems at the moment is the girls would perform like 2 moves then it was a pin fall, and* DING *end of round. it seemed like it was over before the action really even got started. Basically just allow the girls to wrestle around a little more Nobodys expecting anything overtly competitive as far as grappling or skill but just let the girls have at it a little longer during the rounds. One last thing. instead of a round ending after a pin try having like timed rounds or something, perhaps three 3min rounds , most pinfalls or submissions wins. Also happy to know that I was your first customer I'm really into the product
Yes great video!! Your recreation of those 1980s wrestling videos was bang on. Well done..
I also liked how your models were more MILF like and shapely... You must have a rematch between those two... Soon.
Full nudity was another big plus in this video. So were the end of match speeches made by the ladies.
But I have to agree with jaybee. I wish the wrestling action was longer. 15 mins would be incredible!... You could also feature the unclothed ladies briefly in between the rounds sitting on a corner of the ring/Square resting and drinking water to revive themselves etc. Etc.
That would be superb. Just a small quibble. But other than... Brilliant. Excellent job!! A great start. A must buy for mud wrestling fans.
Hi Cockie and Jaybee, All very excellent input. I'll try and address your points/suggestions in order as best I can.
I think timed rounds is prob. the way to go. It will allow me to produce a more consistent product. Especially as I *hope* to produce a show every 2 weeks. The only downsides to this are technical issues with continuity (especially when something goes wrong, as it usually does) and production costs. Ideally I want to keep the videos at a price point where they are easily affordable (say $20-30 total a month for customers) and if the videos get much over say 20min total with the promos, match, etc. I think I will start to exceed that sweet spot. But I'll see what I can do.
Doing little pick up shots and details and in between wrestling coverage shouldn't be too much of a problem. Assuming I can get the girls to sit still that long lol.
Our next shoot will be the 17th *again hopefully*, with editing and sound and such usually taking me 2-3 days. So expect the next match around the 20th.
We'll do our best to improve GLAM with each episode, and I really appreciate all of the feedback/response. Sincerely, Cuthbert @ GLAM
Totally agree with other comments. Aim for 15mins with a minimum of 10. Let the rounds fall naturally. Beak after a submission, or if they look in need of a break. Otherwise let the girls go for it. The more natural it looks the better.
Hi Domino, Well Ash Vegas (our ref) has a broken hand at this time, so she's doing a little ref work while she heals up, but trust me when I tell you, of all the girls in the video, Ash is the most enthusiastic about getting in the mud lol. I promise she won't walk away quite so clean in the next episode

$20 for 15min of action plus interviews before and after the matches stretching the runtime till about 20 min is reasonable especially given all the production values and effort you put into capturing such an excellent period in WAM wrestling history. You put a lot of special computer effects and graphics in your videos not to mention costumes so if it jumped to $20 per video I'd for one would understand.
