The first show is something called Secret Society. I don't think there's any more of the mud part but there's a pie part that is even better and, in my opinion, one of the greatest mainstream pie content ever made. It's on one of the Wamtec compilations so you can buy it online and it's really worth it. Just search for secret society.
The second one comes from a show where (from what I understand) people compete in various sports competitions and the loser gets pied. There are a few more of it you can find on YouTube but the quality is much worse than the one you posted, let me see if I can find a few.
