I see you posting this kind of advice often, and it really isn't helpful.

There are a lot of reasons why a user search is either socially inappropriate or just ineffective. e.g., Some users put general locations in their bios for privacy/security, i.e., "Canada" instead of "Ontario". Others need a publicly situated call-out or invitation to organize something, for reasons of safety. Still others use tags because there's no lexical standardization (e.g., they might use GTA instead of Toronto).
