Hay guys don't go on Only Fans, its all scripted and managed. Generally speaking you have no idea who in on the other end, you just think its real. I work with Porn Stars and Fetish models all the time and 90% of them have an OF account. Its not what you think it is! Even for the models, only the top few percent actually make real money, the top 1$ make a lot, but its not the girls, its the agent running her site. Watch this video:

I'd assumed that OnlyFans worked the same as Patreon, i.e. you pledge a fixed amount per month and then you can see all the new content (photos/videos) that gets posted in that month. There might be different levels, e.g. $5/month for topless photos or $10/month for full nudity, but I had no idea that the chat and "pay to unlock" was a thing.
I'm not surprised that a creator has a team of people to answer messages on their behalf. (I'm sure that lots of big-name celebrities do the same thing on social media.) But I am surprised that the ongoing conversations exist at all.
