One year ago, on this day, one of the greatest messy scenes happened on live television.

Actress/singer/songwriter Demi Lovato got destroyed.

In my humble opinion, it wasn't messy enough, but it was very good...considering it was three seconds worth of content.

I would have posted this in the 2017 KCA thread, but that is locked,so...I'm putting it out here.

I hope she returns for this year's show, and gets more poured on her.

I mean, who among us can last more than three seconds, anyway?

If it's "one of the greatest messy scenes ON LIVE TELEVISION"..... Then sure. That's a pretty narrow pool (not exactly a lot of pies and slime at the Oscars or the Super Bowl), and certainly the Demi scene is up there. As a pie fan, I'd probably value a lot of good Passa ou Repassa clips (from the live Domingo Legal shows) over a good, but super brief, sliming.... with very little aftermath.

If it's simply "one of the greatest messy scenes".... Nah, not a chance. Even by slime standards, nothing NICK has done since changing their formula to the current watery mixture is gonna be up there for me.

And while miracles can still happen, expect the KCAs to continue its reputation as the Lucy Football of (possible) female WAM scenes. Looks like John Cena is hosting (again) and it's a sure bet he gets WAY messier than any female ever has (or ever will) on a KCA show. Take it to the bank!

[Fun trivia: Who are the ONLY women to host the KCAs besides the beyond-unattractive Rosie O'Donnell? Hint: Neither of them got even the slightest bit messy!]

I think we're in for a long dry spell for female slimings at the American KCA's.

They should send someone to some of the foreign KCA's/MPN's/SlimeFests to see how it's done!

First one is right, second is Paula Abdul! (Cameron co-hosted with Mike Myers.... Stayed 100% clean. Mike, of course, got destroyed.)

Actually, though brief, the clip/scene is excellent...the target is lovely (Demi) and the slime may be more liquidy, but it is nonetheless opaque and thick enough to or cover her features quite decently (in fact, her entire body and face)...

Also: (and I don't want to be defending TV people)....but, Rosie is not ugly; she may be overweight, but she simply refused to make herself up to appeal to men (or some artificial TV standard), so naturally, Drumpf had to insult her looks (cause he runs beauty pageants and screws porn stars and so he's an expert on female beauty, dontchaknow?)

For three seconds of content, the coverage was amazing.

If she ever gets slimed again, I'd sure love to see it in some of the outfits I've seen in concert.
