I am not sure what the definition of "old" is.....so I will just use the measurement of somebody who is a senior citizen (over 65 for pension purposes) and somebody who is older than Lenny and I are....and somebody who is a lot better looking than Bea Arthur......and then I can think of plenty...e.g.

Except only one of your clips *really* meets the first element of your criteria. Yeah, all these women are over 60 NOW (some over 70, like Dawn!).... But Susan Lucci, Dawn, and Meredith Viera were only in their 40s when they each got pied in those respective clips. (The VHS quality of all the clips is a big giveaway.)
Suzanne WAS in her 60s for that clip, though, so that counts. Still wish the imaginary pie scene that Hurley invented for Suzanne on her 1980s variety show had happened. (As many great clips as he helped bring to light over the years, Hurley was also one of the earliest WAM trolls, inadvertent or not...)
It depends on what your point of view is....i.e. do you see pie fights are pure entertainment and comedy.....or do you see them as an erotic art form.
For me, funny is funny. I must confess that I am more of a fan of slapstick comedy for comedy's sake than pie erotica for the sake of a turn on....so I can appreciate Bea Arthur and Lucille Ball for what they were.....just as I can appreciate the late great Margaret Dumont.
She has been pushing up daisies since 1990, her name was Dorothy Appleby....who worked in many short films for Harry Langdon and Buster Keaton aside from The 3 Stooges.
My favorite pie set-up with an old lady is the one from Half Wits Holiday with the pie stuck to the ceiling....because no matter many how times I see this, it never gets old and always make me laugh....
There is a classic SNL clip with Chris Farley who goes berserk in a restaurant (I forget the premise) and grabs some cream pies off a dessert table and throws them wildly at the surrounding patrons...among which is a senior couple who get nailed with the pies -- the man gets hit once, but the woman gets hit twice in the faces dead on (adding insult to injury) ...it was a surprising scene and the elderly woman gets plastered fantastically.
Recorded like this to ensure NBC doesn't pull it off YT like they would otherwise. I would check Hulu for best quality. (Don't know episode though, sorry.)
It's also on a WAMTEC cliptape I think, but that's a VHS transfer at best.
