SO... As promised... The second part of my "Producer Archival Project" is here! Marc of NY Pies contacted me after seeing the release of Paul's House Of Pies and asked me to do the same with his work.... At first I thought I didn't have the footage anymore, but turns out those three unlabeled VHS tapes in the box were ALL his stuff!

And for those of you who aren't old, some background:
NY Pies is a collection of amateur pie videos recorded in the early to mid-90's by Marc, a pie enthusiast in New York. This is the classic definition of "girls next door" as many of the ladies in these clips are friends/associates/all-around good sports. (They also seem to be uniformly well-endowed, but that's another topic...) They get pied in the woods, in showers, in back yards and back porches. (There's also some chocolate syrup and the occasional hosedown.) They respond in a variety of ways, from amusement to amazement to occasionally lashing back at the filmmaker!
Please note: These were 1990's VHS camcorder recordings, so lighting, color, and video quality are all a bit rough. In addition, most of the tapes were recorded in EP format, so there are occasional glitches and pixelation... not to mention "interesting" camera work. But as a document of early amateur pie videos, this stuff is fascinating. Don't expect super high quality and you'll find a lot to enjoy here!

For those who remember, the undisputed star of these vids is "Patty," the cute brunette who gets pied in the woods in both volumes. I'm also partial to purple-haired girl (who leads off Volume 1), sports bra girl (who holds the Cool Whip tub and has great reactions), and the final girl in the woods, who seems to REALLY like getting messy....

Great stuff, Rich! I remember most of these, but I couldn't remember who they were from!

When his models said they were going to the woods to get pie-eyed, their friends probably figured they were going to get drunk. Little did they know .......

I hope we'll get more "from the archives" footage again sometime. This and Paul's House of Pies were great. Being a few scenes into this series, my big take away so far is we need more women doing English accents getting hit with (American) pies. For some reason I really liked that. It reminded me of a Anglefan/Pie and Slime Factory model who kept it up for pretty much the entire the scene.

I hope we'll get more "from the archives" footage again sometime. This and Paul's House of Pies were great. Being a few scenes into this series, my big take away so far is we need more women doing English accents getting hit with (American) pies. For some reason I really liked that.
