Has anyone tried Nuru gel personally? I am think about picking up a 1/2 gallon jug from eBay. I'm hoping to get some idea on its potential for real fun.
My wife and I have tried this for true massage, mess and sex. It is such a delight. Feels amazing sliding over the skin, gave her already tanned body a nice shine and made for a lot of slipping and sliding. We loved it. Fair warning, though, it can be quite cold to use.
Have not tried nuru gel specifically, though J lube was amazing fun. It 'seems' like very similar stuff... clear, tasteless gel that is amazingly slippery, safe to wrestle, have sex, or what ever. If I had to pass along some pointers:
- If you plan an extended session, crank the room up to about 90F, or use outside on a hot summer night...you're essentially continually wet, ... think of jumping out of the shower, not toweling off, and running around... if the temp is comfortable to do that, then it will be comfortable for nuru.
- A quick glance on ebay, it seems like the 'mix it yourself' nuru powder is the better deal. Seems like you can get powder to make a gallon for about $12, or get about 8 oz premixed for $14. So unless you need to pay to ship water, powder is the way to go.
- If you're not specifically set on 'nuru' and want to try J-lube, you can get a 10 oz bottle for about $13 and make several gallons of lube depending on how thick / thin you want it to be.
- With either of these powders, its usually best to make it fresh each time. The powders are usually the 'raw' stuff and don't have preservatives that the pre-mix does...though who wants to eat, wrestle in, or have sex in preservatives anyway!
