I'm looking to book my first messy session (or try to) and, frankly, I don't know how to go about it at all. First, I know I need to see who is available in my area, actually fill out my profile (I can only share pictures privately but don't want a dishonest profile photo), and so forth. But that's all I know!

How much do these things cost on average? How long can I expect it to be? More importantly, what is/isn't allowed, usually? Obviously, I don't mean, like, sexually, but I don't want to make whomever it is uncomfortable. This is new to me as I've never been lucky enough to do this with anyone. I'm in my mid 20s and have always been too shy to ask. Any information you can give is much appreciated and I can give you more details if need be. Thank you in advance and sorry for the blocks of text!

There are a few up in Glasgow like Lauriana or Megara Furie (I think, I've had no personal experience) - just search 'glasgow' on the forums and you'll see some posts. Maybe others.

I was damn nervous when first booking sessions too - the best way is to be completely honest in your intro emails. The girls who offer sessions are very used to newbies, and have incredibly open minds (otherwise they wouldn't be doing it!), so just say this will be your first session, say what kind of things you want to do, and ask their limits (though most will say on their sites).

It's normal to be nervous before your first session but don't be. I've had several sessions with Candy Custard over the years and she is always great, would just be a bit of a journey for you as she is based in Leicester. The cost and length of session is of course going to depend on what you want to do but a starting price is going to be somewhere around 150- 200.

This said, I should probably be dropping Candy an email myself, its been a while since my last session...

I haven't had a messy session yet... but I have seen pro-doms before. Even though I have seen the same one for years, I still get nervous, just not as much. It's part of the fun.
