Is there a basement that you can paint? Paint the walls or studs white, then cover yourself with colors and body paint the walls!

No basements sadly

You can do this but upstairs without having a basement congregations on the new house.

Of course, you may want to freshen it up with new paint. I suggest wearing a pair of darker jeans and a nice shirt (polo or dress shirt). I am not the neatest painter and tend to get "some paint " on me. The ideas are limitless. Have fun. You may also ask for help painting and somehow get some paint on him. If you're getting new carpets I think it would be fun to get messy in a room without any tarps ect. Then just rip the carpet out.
