I just wanted to share that we opened a kinky store in Metro-Detroit!!!

We're Occult 83 and I like to say we're Not Your Average Video Store, we recently rebranded into a Retro Adult Boutique by double downing on the Cult Movie Vibe through 3 pillars:
Retro - by keeping DVD rental alive in the state and bringing in all types of physical media for sale.
Horror - by having a wide selection of horror and movie merch.
Fetish - by bringing a very large adult selection while trying to become the BEST fetish store in not just Michigan - but the Midwest

We carry all of your classic toys and more, but also have a wide selection of kinky fun - but what I think everyone here would love the most is that we imported slime and pies from the UK (MessySupplies) for WAM and gunge play!!! We're hoping to continue growing all of our fun and helping suppor the local scene however we can <3

Are the people at the store into wam/gunge or how did you guys decide to stock it?

Out of curiosity, how much for your gunge or pie mix?

Professionally, I can't comment on what the staff is or isn't into. But let's just say the average store employee wouldn't think to post on this site or to even come here for a shout out if they didn't alreaady know about it in advance

All gunge mixes are between $12-15 each in store. Pies make about 10 pies, Slimes make about 3 gallons worth. Hope that helps

2 questions.
1) when are you opening a Grand Rapids location
2) would you ever consider offering a slime session to slime customers?

That's great! Way more affordable than buying internationally through an online store. (Not just Messysupplies but all online stores internationally)

Great to see a store carrying wam supplies! But for those of us in the United States but not in Michigan, you really ought to consider Splatter Emporium for gunge supplies as they are FAR cheaper than importing from overseas!!

Have you sold much?

Had any interesting comments from non WAM people wanting to give it a try?

Would be cool if you ever did demonstrations

Sales on the WAM has been slow, but 2 different people who've never tried it before grabbed it to see what it's all about!
