This is a brand new never released scene featuring Wheels and Heels Promotions model Tiffany. It was shot on MiniDV never released as far as I can tell. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Tiffany dons a black string bikini and hops in the dunk tank for some dunking fun with Doctor Splash. We converse some with some smack talk. Tiffany just can't seem to get the hang of traditional heckling. I hadn't thrown balls in a while and she managed to keep me distracted which is the point of heckling. She doesn't so it in a traditional way. She's more like a nag haha. Tiffany sort of narrates to the viewers. It's more like she tells viewers her thoughts rather than telling the throwers. She's always entertaining. Still I'm a little stuck in old school, I love a brutal loudmouth on the perch.
