This is a brand new never released scene featuring Wheels and Heels Promotions model Tiffany. Tiffany dons a white string bikini and hops in the dunk tank for an informal interview with Doctor Splash. We talk dunk tanks, car shows and some off the wall-off topics while I see how many times I can dunk her. In as much as Tiffany is very quick witted and outspoken, she just can't seem to get the hang of traditional heckling. I hadn't thrown balls in a while and she managed to skate dunk tank duty at the last car show so it seemed like something to try. We both had fun. Me, probably more Ha-ha,
