If you go to "Profile" and then "Preferences", you can scroll to the bottom which'll give you the option to upload the necessary ID and payout information needed for MessMaster.
I don't see it anymore as I have a verified store, but I think there's also a link called "Start a Store" somewhere which'll give you a list of any missing requirements, for example if you forget to upload your US Tax Form.
It's pretty straightforward, and should hopefully be processed within a few days to a week depending on MM's workload.
