I've come across a tune which i'd love to find (especially on 12" vinyl!) but can't seem to find any reference to it anywhere - which is very unusual as i can normally find most things... I don't know the name or producer, but there is a spoken section where a guy says "Psychedelic trance? Penguin acid techno trance?" like it's a question spoken in a movie or something. A trace on google of those words only gives a biker website where someone quoted those words (suggesting they too have heard it). It's a Hard/Psy-trance tune and probably a few years old as no one produces the bouncy/banging beats like they did 15 years ago when outdoor raves (proper raves, not what kids today call raves) went on from Friday until Sunday and the police just stood by and watched - ahh those were the days I have the audio sample cut out and online if anyone wants to have a go at identifying it - contact me for the link.
I used to go to psy trance and acid techno events back in the day, usually in dis used office blocks, derelict pubs and such in and around the London area.....

Usually though, I was so off my proverbial tits on E and K and various other letters of the alphabet, that I had enough trouble figuring out how tall I was, let alone what day it was or what tune was smashed out of an extremely crude but ultimately kick arse system.

You've no doubt tried this Katie but YouTube has quite a lot of psy trance/acid techno mixes on there, maybe a variation of the words you describe might throw something up? Or apparently shazam is pretty good?
I'd be interested to hear it if you happen to find out what it is.
