I was wondering how people manage to mix colours together without the turning a shade of brown. I've tried making two buckets worth then pouring half of each bucket into another, but the colour changed. Can anyone give me advice please?

For me I don't mix buckets! I keep each bucket with one color and had each one poured on me blend the colors on my skin but never together before

Choose pairs from a colour wheel.
Blue plus yellow makes green
Red plus yellow makes orange
Red and blue make purple
Random pairs do tend to make brown as you found
