Any guys in the South East fancy meeting up in Epping Forest this week for a muddy fitness session? Meet up in football kit/rugby kit and lycra then go for a short run. Broken up by competitions and dares - maybe a short sprint and the loser has to do some push-ups in the mud. Or last one to do a set of sit-ups has to run a lap in just their lycra. All ending up nice and sweaty and muddy ideally!
