Hey! It's been a while since I've gotten muddy. I normally get muddy when I'm back in Scotland but wondered if anyone in/around East London has any recommendations on good places to head that will allow me to get absolutely covered but be able to jump in river etc and get cleaned up easy.

Any thoughts are more than welcomed and will share the messy pics when done.

I'd be interested to know about London spots for mud.

I also have friends in Scotland who might like to know about places there. Care to share?
