They all have their good points but location 10 nearly always has mud even in summer and is reasonably private. Quite happy to meet you nearby and show you around. Had a couple of other people come along before.
Here are some pictures taken today and you can see that even in hot weather there is plenty of mud and water. Only problem is the water is not that deep so probably wouldn't flood wellies without help
