I have posted new photos in my "ditch mud" album. I was lucky to find a "dried up" drainage ditch. Just along in one direction was still waterlogged and the other was hard enough to walk on. I thought that black mud needed a white skinsuit so went back the following day. I was lucky to be almost alone (just a couple fishing off the other side of the sea wall. Mud was sooo warm and I hope you can sense the smell from the photographs.
