It's a traditional method used in many countries.

There are loads of similar on youtube, search 'cambodia fishing' and you'll find many from that country.

Some do contain children, either in the background or helping out - so I won't link - but the vast majority are adults and usually women.

No full coverage or blatant sexuality of course - they're doing it to find food to survive rather than entertain us - however there's plenty of material on hand.
