In the new Adam Sandler/Drew Barrymore movie, there's a really great scene with a girl covered in foam from a fire extinguisher. You can find it in the new trailer, but there are kids involved (the girls is the babysitter) so I can't put it here. Apparently (according to imdb) the girl is Lauren Lapkus. Really great coverage!
It's also a nice workaround to the two major problems with a scene like this. Most "fire extinguisher" bits either a) don't do much in the way of "spray" to protect the actor's eyes, or b) miss the face altogether for the same reason. Solution? Glasses!!
Saw this trailer tonight right before the early showing of Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier. Figured I'd mention it but it's already here so instead I've got to plug Cap 2!
GO SEE Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier
It's the best Marvel Cinematic Universe Film they've done yet PERIOD!
I'll be seeing this one again in the theaters (which I rarely do) as it was just that good.
I saw Billy Madison about fifty times when I was a Freshman in college, due to constant looping on STARZ, and I've been a Sandler fan ever since. That one,The Waterboy, The Wedding Singer... All classics. Hell, I even enjoyed Jack and Jill, and that looked horrible in the previews. Quit acting so high-brow. If you can't get at least a few chuckles out of a Sandler flick, I feel bad for you. "Chlorophyll? More like Bore-o-phyll!" By the way, nice clip; thanks for sharing.
The only Sandler movie I can tolerate is Happy Gilmore. I saw the movie for free on campus, the week before it came out in theaters, then got the movie on dvd as a Christmas gift months later.
Never had to pay for a viewing of it. (part of the reason why I like it)
Yes! The trailer for this drek came out just now on the IMDB.com Yes! This entire spray-in-the-face-with-foam clip is in it! Yes! I have now completed my own spray-foam bit and don't need to see this clip ever again. Who? Who keeps allowing Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore around children?
