About a month ago I decided to try out commissioning a custom for myself. I had a look at the producers listed here on the forum and after reading several positive reviews I decided to go with Mostwam Charlotte.
This was the second time ever that I commissioned a custom and the first time through this site. Therefore I didn't really know the process and my ideas for the custom were a bit vague. However from the very first couple of messages I knew my custom was in good hands. The process from my ideas to the finished product went as smooth as possible. Charlotte made sure that all the details were sorted out all the way down to way the outfit (which I provided) should be worn.
The communication was really fast, it wouldn't take more than a day and you had a reply in your inbox. And when the essentials of the custom were sorted out I got a detailed quote. Throughout the whole process Charlotte made sure to keep me updated.
As previously stated all I really had were some general ideas but from my (very) thin script Charlotte was able to produce a custom the exceeded all my expectations. It really showed that everyone had a lot of fun producing the custom which really made the custom very enjoyable.
I was able to download the finished product the day after the shoot, which is amazingly fast in my opinion. And the production quality; sound, camera work, video quality (1080p) etc., was top notch.
In closing the whole experience was great and I highly recommend Charlotte and co. if you're considering a custom of your own.
I agree, I had a custom done around this time last year and it was brilliant, the turnaround from request to outcome was so quick (less than 3 weeks after payment) and Charlotte herself in fact did all that I wanted from the video, she was brilliant as were all the other people involved, camera, editor etc etc. Definitely recommended.
