The latest issue of arty photo magazine Poshi has another set of a rather nice woman, painting herself with black paint/grease.

I believe it's a continuation of a set in an early issue.

Of course not mass mess, as done in the art style, but nice never the less.

I had a pretty hot girlfriend in college do this for an art project. She didn't know that I was crazy about this, but she was naked covered in paint writhing around on a big canvas. It was fucking insane.
