All of the above. I voted for the sandwich. However, I am a huuuuuge fan of the pie sit. In a nice light colored tight pencil skirt in a mushy chocolate cream pie.
Classic pie for me, followed closely by up & over. They ensure the best facial coverage.
I've never really taken to the pie sandwich - I've seen it done well but often it seems like a mediocre use of two pies to me. Not a huge fan of the self-pie either as for me it's all about the dynamics between the pie-er and the pie-ee - something your videos do brilliantly.

The "method" matters less to me than the execution. A good hit is a good hit.
Based on personal experience, the pie sandwich seems to be the thing that people enjoy the most but produces the WORST coverage. Not always, but often those twin pies knock away a lot of the crust and filling of the other one on impact.

There was one video that was a collaboration of Pied Amber (she was amazing) and Anglefan. It was split into four sketches. The third sketch had her hitting herself a LOT. (sometimes her husband and Ken would pie her, but mainly it was Amber herself doing the honors) Some of these self hits were pie sandwiches. She seemed to know exactly where to place each pie, when it came to her own sandwich hits.
This video (among other reasons) is why I voted for "self pie".
I started to like pie in the face watching brazilian gameshows. The way I liked the most to see girls get pied was ''The Up & Over''. I like the idea with just one pie, making the face/head ''disappear''.
The combo "The Up & Over" + spread all over the head is
Personally I voted Pie-Sandwich but there's room for all the other options as well with plenty of caveats.
I'm sure whatever information you continue to glean from these various polls, you will only use it for Good on your great journey to conquer the "Whole WAM World".
Hard choice between The Up & Over and the classic, I have finally decided on The Up & Over especially for the possibility of keep the pie plate over the head as a hat for greater humiliation Other good delivery method that is not in the poll is the pie catapult

Catapult is technically a vote for 'thrown' my good sir!
TigerBilly said: ***Overthink alert*** Maybe these methods are actually false distinctions, especially when it comes to directing models? For example - someone who doesn't have a pie fetish might take away the idea that we're into 'pie sandwiches' rather than 'an effective way to cover a girl's whole head in cream in one move', with the result that you often get the victim pied on the ears and nothing on her face! To me, the point of a pie sandwich is to engulf the stooge with two pies at once. But a civilian might be forgiven for thinking that what you are getting off on is a pie on each side of the head, rather than in the face. By talking about our 'preferred' method, we think back to a classic example of this move or that move being executed brilliantly and tend to think, 'oh, I guess I like thrown pies best"... when all we actually care about is maximum coverage and great reactions. Does that make sense?
While that was some overthinking as warned, I do understand where you are coming from.
