I've seen some adverts recently for a music duo called Mona Lisa. Specifically, they did a photo shoot for their "Orange" album including paint. (I don't think there's any corresponding video for it.)

I suspect that there's some degree of Photoshop involved here, particularly for the photos where their mouths are open. However, I think they probably did get some paint poured over them (e.g. for the final photo), even if it wasn't as dynamic as it looks.

Been seeing this ad image on social media for a while.
