The recent topic of customs with non-WAM models got me thinking, have you ever missed an opportunity to have your dream custom produced? Maybe your favourite producer stopped making scenes, or the model you wanted to use no longer does WAM etc.
Around 3 or 4 years ago, Lila and Mia (two of my favourite ever models) were working for Mostwam, including some customs. I had a great idea for a scene, but at the time the cost of my rent/bills/commuting in comparison to my salary meant that spending £££ on what is essentially a film to indulge my fetish would have been an unwise and unnecessary use of my money.
I am fortunately in a much better paid job now, but alas, the moment has gone. I believe neither Lila or Mia work for Mostwam any more, and may have left modelling altogether.
Mine goes back a bit farther. About 15 years ago, when Phoebe Rodriguez was putting out what would be her last stuff, she was on here and available for customs. Long before the UMD stores. I had an idea that I forget it's been so long. We were chatting up what would go into it including costs, then nothing....disappeared and hasn't been back since. Her store is gone too.
I missed many opportunities to do my own "customs" and create stuff specific to my likes. Every year with MPV I would think about things I wanted to do and it would never get done during the busy shooting season. Each time I would just add it to the list of things I was going to do next summer. And now there are no more "next seasons". It's really hitting me that a lot of things just aren't going to happen. Ever.
Get it while you can. I had a longer run that most and it still came to an end.
Not sure if she ever did customs and what her limits were but if I had a time machine not only would I buy all of Sticky Tara's videos, instead of the few I did, but I would also negotiate some sort of custom video with her if she was willing. Also I'd try and contact Demi Scott and see if she was up for a custom too.
I got a custom from messymaddie92 back in the day and it was amazing, however I was far too slow at getting my other idea over to her and she sadly left, defo a missed opportunity there.

She was incredible. Definitely wish she had stuck around a while longer.

I regrettably didn't get into the customs game until about five years ago, but have since tried to make up for lost time and not let any good scenario with an available model slip away. Had I gone in earlier, original Amber from Messygirl, Shell, Ali and Megan from MostWAM; Taylor and Nicole (two different girls) from Lenny, Sandy Knight, Brianna Beach and Naomi K would all have been on my list.
I've also loved every scene I've commissioned with Custom Fetish Scenes, but I hate that it took me many tries to finally hone in on exactly what I love. If I could go back in time, I would re-shoot with Josey and Amber before they both left town.
