Besides the messy aspect paint brings out the shape of the body and that exotic transformation aspect and I suppose that statue, timeless ecstasy and I don't know I wonder why so much but as humans to grow we must understand our selves better.
Been following umd a long time just got around to joining. From watching here and around the net on mixing metallic paint olive oil is common as a base. Manny years back my first experience was mixing mehron silver with olive oil. Mehron is expensive for what you get. The oils is hard to wash off. Latter I found Monna Lisa line of gilding powders at art store and tried pale gold (brass powder) Recently this past year trying to locate a better source researching after Messy Girl mentioned they use gold leaf brand I found Kamma Pigments is Canada here and was able to get larger quantities of the powder for better price. Also found cold casting supplies sells the powders at a finer mesh that mill mix better(Smooth On). In my research I learned this is not toxic in this form even if you ingest a bit. The only danger is mixing breathing in the powder. It will scar lung tissue similar to silicosis from mining. So I mixed under kitchen fume hood. I used coconut oil the last two times having experimented finding a oil that wont burn eye. And no it does not damage eyes if you intentionally paint the eyes. it clears out. Most of all coconut oil washes off way easier than olive. I used 1/2 pound of silver powder and 500ml of coconut, a good mix. Since detergents are hard on the skin I found olay bar soap works good and doesn't over dry skin. The original line of olay bar soap like shea butter and age defying (purple) have some coconut based detergents too. Since I like foam anyway I discovered grating the bars then adding hot water and a hand blender to liquefy it makes nice foamy. So for the paint clean up I rinsed and rubbed a bar on me first, then had a bowl ready with 8 bars liquefied , you could use less. With a shower puff scrubbed myself and did some spot cleaning on tub too. Rinsed and spot check cleaning. Tub cleaned after with dish detergent too. When I was a teenager what was available was latex paint. It was fun and felt good and exciting but always felt after that gross chemical smell/feeling. there is formaldehyde in it. Even some non-toxic paint have it as well as cosmetics. The trick is they put in chemicals that are not toxic but they decay and produce formaldehyde, the loop hole. So for future I would like to try titanium dioxide in oil. It is used in cosmetics and even toothpaste to make it white. Also ultramarine pigments are a non toxic option. They are produced by heating clay at high temperature and are coloured blues, violet and earth tones. Ill let you know when I try it. I have liked playing with St. Ives clay mask and it's got a lot of TiO2 in it. That's a fantasy, a spa facial or mud pack and...
Thanks for writing this post, I appreciate it. It's a massive shame that metallic painted women isn't as popular as it should be.
I agree Mehron powder is expensive, especially since the US dollar is so strong for those of us outside the US.
One of my dreams is to fill a small tub with silver metallic paint and have a girl completely submerge herself. I'll definitely need to find a cheaper metallic powder if it's to ever happen.
Are you sure it's non-toxic if you ingest a bit? I thought that aluminium can be toxic if ingested. I am concerned at the way the Japanese producers have their girls fill their mouths with the mixture and they look certain to have ingested some whether by accident or intentionally.
Another issue with the Mehron powders is the Metallic Gold just doesn't seem gold, it's more like a reddish bronze/brown, it smells and the pot doesn't last as long or isn't as filled as the silver.
I'll write more later in the week. Hope you can find a women to cover in metallic paint!
Hi thank you for the response, I got the time to write now. I wish you're wam dreams come true too. A long time ago I got a girlfriend to get painted white with me. For here she was just interested in the look, not the arousal. Boobs felt great.
So you will have to follow me along on this conversation and have been wanting discuss this a long time. I have been with umd a long time just recently did profile. My Been checking every paint post over the years and learned about it from bits here and there. There is a lot of slime recipies but not much on metallic paint. It does look exotic (why I love it) so that may scare people to what it is. My background is : passionate about alternative (real ) medicine, health, nutrition, biology, science, mechanics, how and why things work. A broad understanding but not super expert at any.
So the story of how aluminum was blamed on Alzheimer's disease was in France in 1980's the scientist researching the disease had slices of brain tissue samples in an aluminum tray with HCl acid. They acid pulled aluminum ions into the tissue. They thought they were on to something till a few days latter they realized what happened. The media got whiff of it the storey carries on. The actual cause of Alzheimer's: think of a nerve as a wire, a wire has a plastic insulator. That insulator is called myelin sheath. That breaks down and nerves short out. The cause is nutrition deficiency. Our central nervous system is composed of bout 77% fat and cholesterol by weight. People on a low fat diet brains actually start shrinking. Selenium is also very important for brain health and many functions in the body too. so I wont go off too much. Our family friend on his farm up north must give the young cattle Selenium shots or they will die. people would be healthier if they were supplemented more, but there is no money in healthy people. Check out Doctor Joel Wallack Aluminum is the most abundant mineral in the earths crust and is actually used in mitochondrial functions in our bodies. If you're kidneys are healthy, no problem. VEGATARIANS actually have higher levels of aluminum in their bodies that meat eaters. Vegetarian is a political diet, not a nutritional one. They must supplement to thrive.
Gold powder is brass essentially, an alloy of copper and zinc. Again most people are diffident in both and if out of balance creates havoc too. It seems western culture has been conditioned to accept the sickness of The medical mafia ( there is a book titled that) So ingesting a bit is not a problem. in the stomach copper will form salts and be urinated out, no harm done. most of either will be pooped out. I don't think you want to gulp it down. I have got it in my moth to see teeth (nice grill) and tongue and spit it out after. had a glass of water with a straw handy.
I may be concerned with bronze powder. An alloy of copper and tin. Tin can have lead contamination. This is just the way metals are processed, metallurgical properties.
I could argue drinking soda, deep fried food and modern wheat is far more harmful to health than a few paint sessions. Some have used grease or used motor oil in wam. I would be concerned of engine oil, there are known carcinogens in it. Again do it once and you're probably fine.
On you're other question Aluminum has a low atomic weight so you get more in the bottle, it's also like I said cheap abundant. The final step of purifying copper in minning industry is electroplating. A thin plate is used to "seed" in the electrolyte solution I believe from copper sulfate and sulfuric acid solution (you can wiki) to produce a 5,000 Lb or more ingot of 99%+ purity that can be formed into pate, wire, pipe...
Look for pale gold for bright colour, search cold casting supplies metal powders or pigment powders. You want a particle size of -325 mesh or smaller, don't go below 60 micron. You need lots of extra light to make it shine.
Gonna try these guys next better price http://www.sculpturesupply.com/index.php before got from Kama Pigments , they raised prices this new year. Oh boy that was elaborate, I am hoping others will join the conversation.
Thanks for writing a detailed piece regarding the toxicity of aluminium.
That sounds like a solid background you come from.
With the Mehron Gold, I think some bronze powder is mixed in, unfortunately on the packaging it only says that it contains a mixture of aluminium, copper and bronze on all the mehron bottles.
I don't understand why Mehron Aluminium powder is so expensive as aluminium is a cheap metal.
I hope others do join in the conversation and I'll save your post to my evernote. I'll contact you via dm later.
Mehron is a cosmetic product so you can understand regulation and processing would drive price, as well as how many people use a half pound of the stuff. Make up Artist generally use small amounts, and if its whole body well must be an expensive shoot. And models want to know they are getting a reputable product put on them. There is also oxalic acid added, if I got the spelling correct witch is like a fat. Maybe for clumping or likely to reduce oxidation. I ordered a pound of it from kama and it came in two containers. Half was plenty. The second half I got a half pound of Gold after MessyGirl video of Penelope.
On the colour of you're gold, it may have patina. That is the term for the metal oxidizing slightly and changing colour. In powder form it looks dull but mixed it shimmers. Lighting is important. Any photographer or good producer like Messygirl has good lights. In the bathroom I had 3 60w INCANDESANT bulbs in the fixture, two were day light spectrum, off to the side a 60w equivalent warm led in the corner in a treble light. Incandescent is better than white fluorescent or led . These lights are too high in the blue spectrum and not balanced with red and actually harm our eyes.
You can see here in gold the extra light makes it pop. So scrounge up lights around the home or pick up from thrift store and if you can find daylight spectrum incandescent. Take you're time so you don't buy the first expensive thing you see. I can still find incandescent around here cheap because they are phasing out for LED. Sylvanna makes a good warm LED.
I have used Mehron but yes it is expensive and the quantity is not good enough for the look I believe most of us who enjoy metallics are searching for. Plus their metallics selection is kind of limiting- I think it would be awesome if you could find every color, but in metallic. I have only mixed with olive oil but it sounds like there are other alternatives to that. I will look into those other brands of pigment and try out your suggestions next time. I think clean up will be hard and time-consuming no matter what. This is very useful information and I appreciate you sharing your experience!

Metals are the colour they are. I am going to be trying titanium dioxide (TiO2) powder as a pigment with an inert filler and coconut or maybe a cosmetic grade mineral oil, being less petroleum impurities. Kama offers some non-toxic unreactive powders like ultramarine. The thing is mixing. Artist use a glass muller. search it up, yes it looks like a sex toy. It is used to grind the pigment together on a sheet of glass. Two flat hard surfaces. Large scale production uses a set of hardened steel rollers and the paint moves around the loop. I did get zinc oxide (white) it would need to be mulled. Etsy has a muller for a good price. The Zinc oxide was chunky and wouldn't disperse, it needs mechanical force to make it smooth. TiO2 might be different. Am considering kaolin clay as a filler, more common in water based paint. The kaolin would absorb a lot of oil as the draw back. Mica powders are a good option for you too. blue green shimmering and on. All these pigments here mentioned are in lipstick, eye shadow . I tried blue mica one time. It mixed in oil well, only used one small jar. Check you're local specialty art shops. I tried it in my eye and no. The granular structure was too coarse. Metallic powders are commonly -325 mesh. I think that was 60 micron, but don't quote me. Amazon, ebay all have mica powders avalible. I know they mix well in oil. I am hoping the TiO2 would at lest mix well in a blender or hand blender. I want it smooth because I intend to paint my eyes. Have I gone to far... aww have fun LOL
SilverBlue that is so hot to see that guy in these pictures paint his entire man body! Is that you? Anyway please upload every single picture that you have from that body painting session of the gold/silver guy okay? Also, please oh please do some more body painting with him! Oh God let me know if you decide to do some more male body painting okay D-X?
Yes that is me, and I am interested in women. I had a few pictures of women there with me. I took a video of my self so see latter so these are VLC screen caps. Besides the sexual aspect of the fetish I think it is beautiful. It brings out the shape of the body. How much I will share I am not sure yet. I do intend more but it takes time, and what effort I choose is up to me. I have considered the idea of selling a vid before. Hey we all need extra cash. My priority right now is some car maintenance and I am doing it my self. I do enjoy likes like anyone and in this matter, because it is a niche even in the wam community. For the general world a pie is an easier transition to make because it's "food" paint is very different. So my thoughts are if I am really going to show a lot I may want to charge. People I am close with in my life I have mentioned or shared in the right moment, context this desire. Some react like Ok (I don't get but Ok) and other reactions are, well that's ugh ... gross or maybe freaky. So it has been nice to connect and relate to people of similar Interest. I paid for MessyGirl videos, actually all of the paint vids over the years and a few others around. I paid fairly as an exchange so I can enjoy all of her "performance". She has been monetarily compensated for her efforts of her own free will. So if I do show a lot is it worth it, what is the potential blow back in my life. Some of the Japanese paint vids I don't like the abusive stuff. I like to se a woman enjoying her experience as I do. See you're self in another. Expressing this on "paper" helps me understand better as well so all this writing isn't just for you as it is me. We are sexual beings like anything on this planet. My brothers pet rabbit likes to hump a stuffed animal many times a day.
during my paint session I was enjoying my self, but also sort of producing and directing myself at the same time because I wanted some good looking pics. It's a creative outlet for me too. You must love you're self before you can truly love another. And I don't mean that in a strictly fetish context either. I did intend to share some long ago too. Makeup and body paint have been around a long time in history from beauty to war. I am not a mainstream, culture society person. A free thinker, and Gonzo journalism (if you ever saw Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas) If and maybe I do sell something I would want it a little more professional, guess I need more practice. If you made it to the end. Fractal Geometry to you.
SilverBlue thanks for your elaborate detailing of your scene. I love the metallic paint and always wish people would share what they are using. I have tried olive oil as well and looking for better solution. I'll try the coconut oil. I have only used mehron and look forward to checking out the links you mentioned for pigments. Again, just wanted you to know your info is appreciated.
This a great post and very informative!!!! Mehron gold/silver powder are expensive so I used a different brand. Me and my ex-girlfriend got a chance to play with it with olive oil. Never tried it with coconut oil so there is no burning in the eyes if it gets covered like those japanese metallic videos.
Hey man would you ever consider doing a body paint video where you paint another guy and he paints you? Or a body paint wrestle video with another guy? I know that you are straight, but members of the WAM community usually play around with the gender that they are not sexually attracted to just to participate in wam. Would you be one of those types of wammers as well? One who would wrestle or paint another male body? But not in a sexual way?

That sounds like something I would have to charge you for. I am not into wrestling so I am not going to do that. I have studied martial arts before, and I am a practical person and I don't see that as play. I do not like competitive sports either. If I am going to be wrestling it is going to be in a Dojo, to learn, grow, to develop strength and awareness. The one hand clapping.
Wrestling and sensual intimacy are a bit further apart for me, if you like it, enjoy, but not me.
Yes I may consider messy play with another male who is passionate about it. Having that common ground with a considerate person too I may, because I don't happen to know any women who would gat painted at the moment, unless I try to sell her on a makeover. With that person there will have to be mutual trust that if any images or video are captured consent to what happens with that intellectual property. I have shared more than I thought I would and am okay with that. I look at pictures and video of painted women too, with some lotion or coconut oil. This site has given a lot to me over the years. That being said I am not a free porn star.
It seems outside of here and places like it, male and male play is more accepted, where as outside in the general public of men lesbian action is more accepted. I am not really turned on by it either, I prefer a messy video of one woman.
I made a new friend and met up with PaintedToby. I was trying to save a few bucks and tried out some cold casting aluminum powder at -200 mesh particle size. It was a bit disappointing as I promised him real silver but still was fun. To try to save the day I picked up some pigment powder from an art store for him that produced the silver effect, but still nothing like Kamma or nnigroup gold leaf. The cold casting powder looked like a blue hue stone colour. It felt a bit gritty and did not stay in suspension well. As you can see it was certainly messy, more clay like. Was an interesting experience and wanted to share what happened. Next time I am trying copper for sure. To correct what I said before, it seems you must seek out a pigment grade. For those out of north America you will have to make some calls or search the interweb. I love this guys youtube channel AvE. He makes it a point to show his mistakes cause we all learn from it.
A pic to show the results, I was actually a bit camera shy this time.
PS I guess no one or maybe one got my joke about fractal geometry. I thought it was hilarious. Watch this, it will really bake you're noodle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbK92bRW2lQ
That's a nice post ^ but it doesn't answer my question. So then you would do it if I paid you huh. Well, how much money would you charge me for you to make a male on male body painting video?
U haha . Bodypaint guy. Dancing around the question. I had to see for myself too what I am comfortable with. If you see my recent pictures up with Painted Toby. That's as close as you will see. We were not intimate and I enjoyed sharing the experience with someone who loves it too. I did bring a picture of a woman in case I needed inspiration. I am not really aroused by men so you will not see me getting it on. That is the way I am wired. It is true that gay men are actually aroused by male pheromones so there is real biological thing happening there. I am aroused by woman and it's interesting too that why someone I'd more arousing than another is that the pheromones signal a good genetic breeding match. Just as primal visual aspects of a woman indicate fertility.
On topic the copper powder was great. I used 1 pound with 500 ml of oil with plenty to play with. I ordered kaolin from kama and tried to mix a sample with oil. It absorbed oil and kinda gelled up. It looked a bit yellow shade. I ended up mixing the almost pound of kaolin with St ives clay mask and lotion for tub fun. For future I will revisit as mixing more with a hand blender may work well with titanium white pigment. It's been a long time since being painted white and want to make my own so I know what's in it.
And body paint guy. You expect a lot for someone who does not show there face or paint works. Granted there are some lines of work that may be sensitive to one's reputation, but if you need to hide there may be questions to you're integrity. When I was younger I was very self conciousness about my paint secret , love hate. Now I know who I am and what I want. This is even a small part of the rest of me and my life but accept and embrace it. People do stranger things and some would say this is just as strange but no harm done. In the end just plain sex with a woman I love is all I want.
I would like to hear a thoughtful response from you and please share your experience with types of paint. This is what this is supposed to be about.
Would like to hear from anyone one on their clean up experience big or small share something would love to hear. That's what this is hear for. I have Madd mistakes too and learned from them. I am going to try a gentle dish detergent next time. Would be more effective when one gets messy in it. I'd assume most here haven't used that much paint. For now new paint is on hold toll I complete a course to upgrade my skills. I do want to try the other pigment powders with oil and will let you know when it happens. They are diffinitly cheaper than gold powder so hopefully they look and feel great without using a muller.
I will say you will have to make up you're own mind about that question. Please take a good look at a different perspective I offer. As well as in western society we put plenty of poison into our bodies. Things I am going to say are no jugement on any ones lifestyles either I have abused my body in the past with smokes, booze and junk food amung other things. Please follow me along. Nothing can be gained from quick news flash. The earth's crust is about %12 aluminum in oxide , silica and other forms. Clay and rock has aluminum in it bonded to silica. Plants have the mineral part of their tissues so we have it in our tissues too. Vegatarian actually have higher levels in their bodies. This is organic Form. Elemental forms of metals can be difficult to eliminate. This also comes to the overall health of a person and how effective ones elimination system is functioning. What most think is healthy is not how we were designed. For example the WHO made a official statement that processed meats (nitrites) consumption of 1.5 Oz. Per day increases ones risk of cancer equivalent to smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day. Wheat, whole wheat ect is another terrible thing that the mainstream has led us to belive is healthy. Did you know a crop of wheat is sprayed with round up (glysophate ) 3 days before harvest to dry it. Read up the wonders of glysophate and you may wonder why there is so much cancer around. After world War 2 and the Korean War Asians would take aircraft engine blocks and other aluminum parts to make cookware. Most east Indians use aluminium cookware among other Asian nations and they do not have high incidence of alzhemers disease. The difference is they consume rice. Since wheat products have been introduced to areas they are having more health issues. Our first nations people (Natives) here in Canada have higher rates of obesity, heart disease and other problems. Their bodies are not used to wheat , dairy and sugar. European people are more tolerant to it but it's still not good. Another role in alzhemers is difficencey in cholesterol and other nutrients. The central nervous system is about 77% cholesterol by weight. Not enough selenium is a factor as well. A study was done in 1917 or so and repeated in 1997 and found 200mcg of selenium a day will reduce ones risk of cancer by 60% despite other lifestyle choices. Selenium is important for the glutathione system in the body. It makes an enzyme that recycles the glutathione. What is it? Glutathione is one of the bodies natural antioxidants. It also removes heavy metals from the brain and tissues of the body. On cholesterol there is no direct link to heart disease. There is a lot of disinformation out there. Pharmaceuticals make more money than oil so they want to sell those pills. A side effect of lipitor is dementia, basically early alzhemers. Changes in cholesterol levels indicate other issues that need to be addressed. If you don't want heart disease keep blood sugar low (high insulin response damages blood vessels like eating a candy or pasta), avoid fried food and excess grain consumption. There is no pill to get out of coronary by pass. Inuit in the Arctic eating traditional diet have cholesterol numbers from 300 to 500 and no heart disease. I do consume spirulina and chlorela algae wich also help remove heavy metals. Those starting with these need to introduce slowly or may get sick from pulling mercury out too fast. So my personal feeling is a bit of paint is fine. If it is iffy my body can handle it. If this is still a concern for you stick to brass powder or copper. As those metals are actual nutrients in the body in organic form though so you could argue that. YOU are washing this off. If you drink soda in a can you may want to reconsider that as well and the sugar damage. Whe someone is said to have copper poisoning they are actually deficient in zinc. The copper takes the place in enzymes where the zinc is supposed to go and they don't function properly. Mainstream medicine knows little how nutrition plays a role in health. No offense to doctors they are taught and influenced by pharmaceutical powers and lobbyists. As mentioned in the past I used latex house paint. There is a harmful symbol on the can and it does contain some nasty chemicals to make it work as well as fungicide wich used to be mercury based. After a few times I felt a bit sick after and did not repeat. I tried non toxic tempura paint one time too and felt lung irritation. There can be hidden things in these paints. I have had no problem with metallic paint except the chlorine from a long shower. If I was to be covered in cake batter I would have a gluten reaction. I have been gluten free just over a year now so I have heald somewhat. If I were to say eat a slice of pizza first stomach pains cramps then all the wway through diarea. Brain fog something like a hangover flu for 3 days. Well in conclusion make up you're own mind. Check out the book the Medical Mafia. Question. Mainstream is a lie a system of control. Maybe I am crazy or you are all crazy. Up to you to decide. As you can see I have thought about paint safety for my own interest and why would I watch a woman do it if I wouldn't my self. Just like I don't like seeing people tied up we have freedom of choice. Please watch these. There is common sense there and if you don't like it maybe you will have new questions in seeking you're higher truth. Just like this question in life we have to take a look at the bigger picture and take the time to look. If in the future there is more solid data I will change my mind.
Forgot to add too people don't consider the other toxic loads daily on there body like cosmetic products can have high levels of phalates (acts like estrogen in body) Parabens : preservation and known carcinogen Aluminum is in antiperspirant deodorant. The problem is blocking sweat glands allows waste to acumulate in the lymphatic system possibly contributing to breast cancer. Synthetic musk scents , smell like a man? Some are carcinogenic and they are bioaccumulative in fat tissues.
Use a shower gel ? The base is sodium lauryl sulfate a cheap degreaser commonly contaminated by dioxin.
Well this goes to if you are worried about a bit of aluminum if you take care of you're body in other ways you can handle it. All this is not to justify just perspective. One perspective is Pick your Poison but as I said I feel drinking cola is far worse for me than paint and i am not swallowing it. Cola would give me sore stomach for a day. Phosphoric acid and carcinogenic caramel colour. Again acids and wheat leach good minerals from our body. Did you know cola syrup is transported as a corrosive dangerous good. If there is a spill they call in a hazmat team. They don't do that for beer.
