Hi everyone, there is a hitch in our email system and we haven't been receiving all of our emails for a few weeks. If you have emailed and we haven't responded that'll most probably be why. We are working on getting it fixed. In the meantime, you can message on Twitter or Instagram to our accounts if you need to. We don't monitor UMD too frequently though so we'd advise not messaging here if urgent.

Also, we're having a few technical issues at the moment so are migrating the website to a new server with a better CDN network (faster loading times, better video playback). While this is happening you might find some errors so if you are thinking of joining, maybe just hold off for a few weeks till we're in and settled and everything is ironed out.

I'm a member but cannot watch videos. Says there's an error loading media

If you refresh the page these should be working on a backup server (but they'll be lower quality until we reset our CDN). These videos may go offline again tomorrow (Tuesday 23rd August) for a few hours.
