So I've planned the first messy session of 2015, a messy workout and cool down. What I'm planning to do is soak either a leotard or unitard in gunge, put it on, pour some sauce down it and do some messy exercises. I'll start of with 30 star jumps (jumping jacks outside UK) then a take on the thigh toner workout, but with cream or gunge filled water balloons. After that I'll cool off by sitting on ice cream, pouring a liquid down my lycra and putting three custard pies on my face, then pour more gunge over me. Completion hopefully by end of March. I would also welcome any other messy workout ideas, particularly ones I can do discreetly.
