Me and a friend are planning on releasing videos of twink type guys getting pied and wondered if anyone can give us some ideas of where to host them or advertise them?

We was planning on doing a private preview video on YouTube (link access only) and maybe taking payment through PayPal as this may be the easiest.

we are new to this and have someone who may be interested but wondered what peoples ideas were?

How about hosting on your own umd store like everyone else? PayPal payments in exchange for a link to a video requires an element of trust that the product is what's advertised.
